Subject: Founder of Clinton Foundation

The Right Honourable Bill Clinton
Founder of Clinton Foundation
1-I am an fifty-four Iranian pharmacist. From Tabriz university in Iran I received my Pharm. D. degree at the beginning of 1985. I have spent all my professional life in the pharmaceutical industries of Iran. From the very first weeks I faced a lot of huge scientific and practical mistakes in all aspects of production of medicines. Unfortunately leaving a company and joining another only changed my mistrust in inadequacy of theoretical and practical arrangements into an absolute faith in existence of a nationwide disaster in these industries. My DISASTROUS and incredible findings in every company had put them in danger of a devastating earthquake with unpredictable consequences not only for themselves but for MoH who carried all and final responsibility of everything industries do. So I always forced to move (actually I was dismissed) to another company and repeating the same story.
According to an official body in England, the simplest cases of those mistakes deserve unlimited fine and not less than two years emprisonment in England. The recent case of Pfizer with $2.3 billion of fine is the best evident on the severity of the case of Iran. Indeed it is not exaggerating to say that Pfizer case is "a big nothing" in comparison with crisis in the pharmaceutical industries of Iran. [http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/03/business/03health.html]
2- On 29,09,2006, more than 2200 days ang (!), I entered Paris for an international exhibition on pharmaceutical materials. In hope of finding a solution for that crisis I stayed here but failed to gain any support to divulge this absolute case of Human Rights violation. After about twenty seven months I decided to go back to Iran. In Vienna airport I experienced an intolerable phobia (actually I have lost neary all my psychological capacities to be in Iran again because of all those horrible experiences I have had) and lost my flight. In hope of finding a solution I applied in Austria rejected my request. By the rule of “No one can believe what he/she does not understand”, I asked in both countries my claims and documents be evaluated by experts but they disregarded this legal request and till now no experts has studied and evaluated my documents and they ignored my request in violation of the law. As J. S. Mill says in On Liberty: Very few facts are able to tell their story without comments to bring out their meaning. All my claims are based on a lot of official documents from different pharmaceutical companies and the Ministry of Health. The world community must wake up to this crisis and danger in Iran. That threat could be stopped or lowered only by the pressure of the world community. The international community must stand with Iranians: it seems a moral responsibility for the World of Democracy and Freedom and Human Rights!
3-During all of my professional life, somehow I was the best between my colleagues. All information and documents by help of them I discovered all those huge mistakes were also available to them but no one detected and noticed even one of those huge  mistakes. Successful and important improvements in nearly all aspects of pharmaceutical industry also include in my professional background. Opportunities for exercising habit of critical thinking and the exceptional capacity in application of creativity tied me strongly to my job in spite of depriving from all legitimate economical and social benefits. Considerable studies in Management, Organization, Organizational behavior, Ergonomy, Sociology, Social psychology, Psychology, Cognitive psychology, Educational and learning psychology, Philosophy and Philosophy of Education provided me a nearly reliable mental awareness and critical mind.
4-And this letter is my request from you and Clinton Foundation for support in favavor of a nation who live their darkest period of their history after the attack of Arabs! My request of support is absolutely in direction of promoting two missions Clinton Foundation has set for hiseself: (1) improving global health and (2) promoting healthier childhoods:
Our Mission
(Taken from your site.)
President Bill Clinton established the William J. Clinton Foundation with the mission
(1) to improve global health
strengthen economies,
(2) promote healthier childhoods
and protect the environment by
fostering partnerships among businesses,
governments, nongovernmental organizations, and...
Using expired vitamins in MultiVitamin capsules for pergnanat women and making extremly unstable vitamin drops and Iron drops for children are only two minor cases of what I have witnessed them myself!!!
Dear Mr Clinton, the dark side of life in Iran could not be completely understood without living there and unfortunately I have lived the worst hidden parts of life in Iran during my professional life.
Following the horrible life in Iran, I lost the last SIX years (in hope of the assistance of the founders of Human Rights but...!!!) and at the moment I live a hard life without receiving any support from French government. I hope to gain the support of you honourable and Clinton Foundation for moving to a democratic country till be able to divaulge one of the biggest cases of human rights violation of our time and history.
To be able to duvulge this crisis I must be in a safe country. I do not know how many emails I have sent yet to nearly all democratic countries from NZ to USA and Canada! I think I sent my my first request to you in 2001or around then to White House or and too many others to Mr Bush and Miss Rice and Mr Obamma and Miss Clinton and recently to Miss Obama. I sent also many emails and latters to many others including Mr Richard N. Haass and  IIan Berman the president and Vice President of the American Foreign Policy Council and FDA departments and even to Pfizer executive manger and their Legal Department. But non of them replied me even a word!
I am eagerly looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible and at the end my final request is that to be informed from your decision even it be not in favor of my request. The post pseudo-presidential-election events and aftermath are the best (logically, but actually the worst) proof of the necessity of helping Iranians in their struggle against dictatorship in anyway possible for anyone interested in a better life on the earth.
Laws never would be improved,
IF there were not numerous persons
whose moral are better than Existing Laws.
J. S. Mill,
On Liberty and Other Essays,
OUP, 2008, Page: 519.
Sincerely yours
B Mohammad Pour
I hope to hear from you soon : loosing more than 2200 days in waiting means loosing a life. Even a simple and smal « No » is appreciated. « No » is too much better than silence according to Camu. This is my last but not rquest.
The absurd is born of this confrontation between
the human need and the unreasonable silence of the world.
Alber Camu
