I am an Iranian pharmacist with more than twenty years of experience in the different part area of production of medicinals.

 

During my professional life I Have encountered a lot of mistakes in nearly all aspect of production of drugs but unfortunately I could not find any LEGAL source or document to evaluate the importance of those mistakes in terms of their LEGAL consequences.

 

I would be pleased greatly if you kindly introduce me some sources. According to experience I think my findings in this field are interesting and can throw in new light on one of the most hidden part of these kind of industries.
