Thank you for your reply. This is the second time I use the "7 days" deadline to reopen my request but like your reply to the first letter it is not "relevant" at all. It seems that this and the previous reply are "automatic replys" for I did not find any signe of human  intelligent and comprehention in it. Iran is in in urgent need of Actual Help not of the Verbal ones.

I am looking forward to hearing from you a REAL reply.
